MoneyMax, with H2 2025 profit nearly double at S$42m, declares special dividend

MoneyMax Financial Services delivered a record FY2025 performance, with second-half profit nearly doubling to S$42 million and full-year earnings rising 87.6% to S$71.6 million. Revenue for the year grew 38.9% to S$541.9 million, driven by strong growth in its retail and trading of gold and luxury items segment, as well as its pawnbroking business. The Group attributed its performance to increased sales volume, an expanding customer base, favourable gold prices and higher interest income from an enlarged receivables portfolio.

In view of its strong results, the Board declared a final tax-exempt dividend of S$0.015 per share and a special dividend of S$0.005 per share, representing a 24.7% payout ratio for FY2025, subject to shareholders’ approval.

Looking ahead, MoneyMax remains focused on disciplined expansion across Singapore and Malaysia, where it operates 113 outlets, while continuing to invest in product innovation and enhancements to the MoneyMax Online app to drive customer experience and e-commerce growth.
