A Safer Shopping Experience with MoneyMax During the Pandemic

Our customer’s wellbeing is our top priority during this Covid 19 pandemic.  In order to provide a safer environment for customers and retail staff, MoneyMax has ensured that all its stores comply with the Safe Management Measures as required by the Ministry of Manpower and comply with the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) (Control Order) Regulations.

SafeEntry Check-In and Temperature checks are some of the mandatory measures that we adhere to. In addition, our retail staff will encourage customers to check out their SafeEntry to facilitate more precise contact tracing.

MoneyMax stores have visible safe distancing markers at all queueing areas to ensure customers keep to the social distancing requirements. Our retail staff will also ensure that at least one-metre spacing is being kept between groups of customers and the correct capacity of customers are adhered to, at all times in our store.

MoneyMax is committed to regular sanitization of all retail stores to ensure that customers are shopping in a clean and sanitized area. Gloves have also been provided to the retail staff to help ensure that the products are clean before handing them over to customers.

With these measures in place, we hope to give every customer a peace of mind when they shop at MoneyMax stores.
