MoneyMax Staff Honoured with Community Partnership Award

A MoneyMax staff member, Mr. Yuen Jun Jie, was recently presented with the Community Partnership Award by the Singapore Police Force for his alertness and swift action in preventing a scam.

Mr. Yuen noticed suspicious behaviour when a customer attempted to purchase a large amount of gold. Sensing something was amiss, he deliberately delayed the transaction and alerted the police. His timely response helped stop a scam and prevented the customer from losing nearly $21,000 to an impersonation scam.

We commend Mr. Yuen for his vigilance and commitment to customer safety.
